- Designated Member (Only One designated member per membership, NO other persons can share in membership discounts without membership or being a designated named member in the membership profile)
 (At the end of the Membership setup, you get a free 30 min medical  massage and we take membership payment. So please make sure you come with a ID and valid credit card for setup.)
